Search Reports (How-to)

This post will describe how you can use Search Reports in the studio. Start by going to the UI tab, where you will find the Search Report on the right. When you click on the 'New' button, a dialog will appear. There, you will have the option to add a Name, select the required Root Entity type, and optionally provide a description.

When you come to a Search Report, it may look like this.

 

 

As you can see in the picture, the Avtal/Agreement box is selected, which means you will be able to see all data related to the avtal entity.  Actually, the nice thing about Search Reports is that you can drag and drop the entities, same goes for the properties of that entity. Once you have done that, you will see that the properties are automatically added to the grid view. The fields are adjustable, allowing you to modify them as you prefer.

Then you might ask what the criteria stand for. Criteria determine the visibility of the fields you see in the view.
