FF-8412 Web Client - Deleted and added entities are not updated directly

Description Previously, using RefreshEntityFromStorage in one user session to update view data after adding or deleting entities wouldn't immediately reflect changes in other user sessions.Solution We've updated the RefreshEntityFromStorage activity to ensure added or deleted entities are now correctly updated across all user sessions.
